Tricks to sign a Maint Contract

All of the sales people were so nice and to prime me for a sale they all said that if I signed a maintenance contract it would be no problem to get released from the contract as it was no ' big deal ' at Hilton Head Motor Sports.
The turnover of salespeople and managers is unbelievable and as I write a new team is in place headed by General Manager, Chuck Boggs and Business Manager, Brian (last name unknown).
Several months ago, I phoned Mr Boggs and asked him to release me from Maintenance Contract as I was verbally promised when I purchased motorcycle. He rudely told me to read top line of my contract and abruptly ended phone conversation.
I list some of the things that have happened since I purchased motorcycle:
-Clutch not adjusted initially which almost caused an accident as motorcycle lurched, almost causing me to fall off motorcycle in traffic.
-500 mile maintenance resulted in mechanic overfilling oil crankcase.
-Oil change on Oct 22nd and I caught service tech, Cale, who did not change oil filter as requested. The service counter rep was Jennifer.
-Another time, seat bolt missing and I had to order 10.00 worth of bolts. The bolts were on the motorcycle when I brought it there for service.
I ask one last time to be released from a faulty maint contract. Beware of MC!
