Richardson Motor Sports had my motorcycle for 4 months (September-January) to replace a gasket. When I picked up the bike it wasn't running correctly so I took it back to have them fix the problem. They have now had my motorcycle for 4 months and told me they won't order the part to fix it. I have talked to the manager and Yamaha USA trying to get them to resolve the issue. The service manager tells me he is working with Yamaha, but when I call them they have only a few calls on record from the dealership. I just want my motorcycle in running order (like I took it to them), but I can get no resolution..
