Ripoff

Fighting this for a year now. Went in to purchase a Motorcycle and it was just before closing. I asked 'how much' for a used one. The sale guy says $1500. I say write it up, My credit is great. He comes back with the papers and says. "OK short term loan, $99.00 amonth, sign here and you can take it home tonite".

I signed, then a few days later i Read the contract, The guy tacked on a 'Platinum Service' contract to the tune of nearly $2500.00. Yes, more than I paid for the Bike. I go back angry and ask him to take it off, He says the Finance Co rquires it. After checking I found it is a lie.

I go back a few weeks later and again demand removal, he says I will talk to my Manager, but 'it is uncancellable'. A few more weeks and nothing. I call the Manager and he says it is 'uncancellable'. I tell him on the back of the contract it says I CAN cancell as long as I have not used the Service. He says' send me a Fax and I will see what I can do. Nothing again for a few months, I send him an e-mail reminder, nothing again for a few months. Now I have filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer Affairs in Nevada and am waiting to hear from them.

I could have bought a brand new one at this price.!

I know "you should have read the contract" This is the second Motorcycle I bought from them over the years and did not see this coming.
