I signed up for a 3 day free trial on 7-14-08. I cancelled on 7-17-08. The cancellation notice said I'd been billed for the entire month - $34.99. Upon complaining, they said only 1 free trial was available every 3 months and the charge would not be cancelled.
Their website graphics didn't prominently show or highlight this policy. I tried to download their 'terms and conditions' but this was blocked. If they have the technology to block downloads, then they are able to highlight their policy.
