Unauthorized withdrawal from account. California

I received an alert that $188.00 was taken from my account at approximately 11:30 P.M. Est. The text stated that the transaction went to DIRECT and was initiated by DIRECT TV. I am very upset as I did not authorize this withdrawal and it has caused a chain reaction effect... I called them and recieved no resolution... Was told that they have the right to use whatever card is on file... This is not legal because there are instances where I may use my card to pay a friend's bill or vice versa. I asked for the corporate office and was given a po box address. I will file the claim with the BBB and I am really shocked that this has happened to so many people. This is ludicrous! The people will prevail in time!!
