Charged for services I never had/authorized withdrawal of monies!

I relocated from Florida to Louisiana and placed my account on suspension which I was informed would not be an issue. It took me some time to locate a place of residency that accepted Direct TV. When I finally found a place of residency that accepted Direct TV I contacted Direct TV to get my services reconnected. Direct TV then contacted to inform me that they were unable to reconnect the services due to pending whether issues. Without any notice Direct TV restarted my subscription (which I was informed when contacting them regarding the unauthorized withdrawal of monies from my bank account) without any service. From there they proceeded to go into my bank account on 2-separate occasions and without my authorization and withdrew a total of $296.36. I then contacted Direct TV as to this very unethical business practice and the resolution which they presented was to pay them more money to resume services.
