Rip off Scam artist internet fraud alert

This individual stole my money and would not return it. Basically, I was interested in his business until I read about an another individual that he ripped off in NY. This is a true scam! I did not sign a contract with him, but I did send a deposit to "hold my city & state so no one else could sell here". I changed my mind and he refused to send the deposit back stating that he had other expenses that had to be recovered because I wasted his time. Several phone calls have no response. Even a friend pretending to be interested in "renting a car" has received no response. It has been several months that I have been trying to recover my money. This is concidered internet fraud which is a federal offense. This guy is doing business in Arkansas trying to peddle rental of vipers and Lamborghinis for parties. Cars that he does not own. Well, he may own a viper, but that is it. Do not work with this guy... He's a phoney.
