Is a useless ripoff

I, also, have discovered the BBB is ineffective. We purchased a brand new house with a guarantee onto it and nearly annually later continue to be looking to get the contractor and/or guarantee organization to repair the main flaws.

This house isn't worth what we owe onto it due to the flaws. Along with a number of other grievances, we'd submitted using the BBB. All-they do is move around copies of issues we wrote, or even the builder wrote, to us and also the contractor, as though we
have not already noticed it. THEY ARE DOING NOTHING.

Whenever you attempt to check up on the stability of the business using the BBB, whatever you get is definitely an automatic telephone program where you've to enter the company' telephone number. The contractor we reported about, weeks later today, continues to be not shown using the BBB by
their telephone number
