They refuse to disclose dishonest contractor complaints to the public, they protect the business not the customer!

I submitted a detailed complaint of a contractor in Panama City, Florida. They were rude and said that they couldn't disclose the complaint as it was already in the court system. On the web site it says that potential customers can read "experience reports". I was denied that as well. So, anyone who relies on them for the truth will be fed their standard response. "He's in good standing with no complaints" I have called them to check on other contractors when I know that complaints have been filed and again they are not disclosed.

When I tried to discuss this with the CEO of the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau, he was rude and told me that I was bitter over my experience. You tell me how many victims of a swindle are pleased!
