This rip off outfit cost me $8000. They told me they would buy my acre of property, for $XXX and build a house on it. That was fine with me, however before they could file for any permits, I had to demolish a 12x20 garage and install city water.

They bailed. I did not get paid. I went to small claim court and thru an arbitrator they won the case. They must have been friends. I have the paperwork that states the above.

Now I have sued them again and await a date for court. The first case the guy, (don't even know who he was) appeared for All Island Purchase Corp. The abritrator didn't even want to look at MY paperwork but trusted someone to swore to tell the truth and lied thru his teeth.

This time I will bring the complaint with me. Hopefully I will prevail.

At this point it really doesn't matter because the old saying goes, What goes around, comes about.
