Sam spano (aka) partners in crime

In October i entered into an agreement with sam spano as partner with all island purchase corp. The deal was to sub divide my property into a flagged lot. I was faxed a letter from sam spano telling me that he was
not a real estate agent and obviously found my property thru tax reports.

It is now july and there is $5000.in escrow. The agreement was to div-ive the property for $xxx. 00 and sam would take care of the expediting which would be no cost to me. What i had to do was to make sure there were
no leins against the property and no pending co's. Whick i new there were not.

In the middle of this mess I was told that the 12x20 garage must be taken down because it was on the land that was for sale and that i must have city water installed for the health department to file for a permit which i did and paid for. Now after 4.5 years the property is still here and i am out over $8000. Because i guess i'm stupid. I have a contract ha ha that states what i am to do at no cost to me except open co's of which there were none. I took themto small claim court and lost because the arbitrator must of been a friend of theirs. He never asked for my paperwork and awarded the dirt bags $5000. Now i am taking them back to a real court with a real judge in hopes of catching them in their lies. I could care less about the money.
