Harrassment of Family, in front of 8 year old daughte

Our family just went to KNott's Berry Farm today 07-25-08 and was harrassed by a staff member in Log Ride line. It was totally uncalled for and we were treated horribly. My 8 year old daughter kept crying and was scared of the large man that harrassed us and we had to leave. We were in line for Log Ride, 3 adults, 2 8year olds. The girls had to use bathroom so bad. Being that the line was moving slow enough for me to escort them across the way (about 20 feet) to use bathroom, we did and 2 adults stayed in line. We returned in under 2 minutes to where the line maybe moved 10 feet (if that) and we were approached by a staff member that could have given us a warning, but instead tried to be on a power trip and said the girls could go in line, but not me. Why not me? I escorted my daughter and her friend to do a natural bodily function that could not wait. It did not seem appropriate to let 2 8year olds go to bathroom alone. Anyway, he then engaged my husband in a mannner that was horrible and then called security to get them out of line. This is supposed to be a family environment. We were treated like we were thugs. I will never go there again and give them my hard earned money. To top it all off, at beginning of trip, we went to guest relations to get disabled cards for myself and son (two differnet reasons) and they would not accomidate us. They said it had to be a mobility reason. They refused to see my medical records for proof. Someone needs to tell Knotts that there are other diabilities beside mobility issues that warrant disabled cards.
