An advertisement popped up on my screen for a FREE trial of some teeth whitening product. I fell for it and requested my supposed FREE sample although I had to pay for shipping and hanling which totaled $5.95.

A couple weeks later they charged my credit card, get this, $88.97. I hadn't received anything from them at the time and had no idea whasoever what the charges were for. I tracked them down and requested a full refund. The condescending tone of the "so called" customer support person is outrageous and completely unacceptable. When I finally received a cheezy shipment from of a plastic tray, a plastic syringe and no whitening product of any sort was amonsgst the shipment. My question to tthem was "How does a whitening program or product work on the teeth when you don't get or receive the actual whitening solution"? I never got an answer on this question although I must have asked it at least 3 times.

The trickery is that somewhere when you are ordering your free trial you have to click on a box that states their supposed sleezy and ridiculous terms in very fine print. It says that unless you cancel your membership within 14 days you'll be charged. My big mistake and it can happen to you too if you're not careful or tipped off, is that I didn't pay attention to it. But come on, who would pay that amount of money over and over for this product. You could go and have your teeth professionaly whitened for a heck of lot cheaper. I returned the shipment and they only gave me a credit of $34.99. I have requested and even resorted to demanding the balance of the credit they owe me and asked them why I would walk away from the $53.98 balance they owe me when I sent the package back that I never asked for anyway. To date all I get is horrible email attitude and still don't have my money back.

They are rude, crude and impolite!!! Do not fall prey to this gimmick. They are total ripoffs. I think it's just some loser that works out of his or her apartment. Total scammers and probably just using the money they rip off from people to support their drug habit. I'm sure they're laughing at people that fall for it all the way to the bank.
