Drive Financial
Took double payments out of my account in one month, then another one the next month causing ckecks to bounce

I bought a car through drive financial in oct-07 and i have been having problems every since. My payments were to be taken out of my account each month. That didn't happen.

They would send me a statement dated three days before the due date which didn't give me enough time to send the payment in. I would call and they would tell me i could pay it over the phone for a fee of ten dollars.

This happened for five months with them sending me the paper work for automated drafts and me signing and sending it back.

Then in june-08 they took two payments out of my account causing checks to bounce. I called them and they refused to take responsibility for their error. They mailed me a letter stating my next payment would be due in aug.

Then they took out another payment in july, this time when i called to get my money back they said they don't refund money, sent me another letter stating
my next payment will be due in sept.

I am single, on disability and don't have money to throw away. I see i'm not alone, but i wished i would have found out about drive financial before i got involved with them. This is a nightmare!!!
