On june 24 I called westlake financial letting them know I was going to be late with my car payment for june due on 6-25-13 i agreed to have them deduct a payment for $259.17 if I did not make my payment before 6-30-13. I made my payment on 6-30-13 for 255.17 my confirmation number is 5978755. A second payment was taken out by my financial of $259.17 that they were not authorized to take out if I made my payment before june 30th which I did. They are not entittled to 2 payments for the month of june. And I was never informed by their representatives that I had to call and cancel the payment of 259.17 scheduled for 7-5-13 if I did make the payment. I figured the financial company will not take a second payment if they receive my payment before the month ended it which I did. They will not refund me the 259.17 they told me they will apply it to my July payment due on 7-25-13. Bank of america will not help me because I had authorized the payment. They will not refund either of the payments back to me. Why are they entittled to 2 payments for the month of june. MY payment for July is not even do until 7-24-13 I got no where with my bank or the financial company. Please call me at 213-804-4431 as a consumer I feel betrayed by my financial company in that they never inform me that making a payment arrangement in the event that you are late need it to be cancel by me and not automatically cancel by the financial company. They see no error in not communicating this to the consumer. They only feel that I should follow it up and not them. I am only responsible to monitor my payments made to them and not them.
