Com Took money out of my accont 0f $79.00. I didn't have money in the bank and I never gave permission to access my acct north carolina

I thought I was signing up for credit card but I didn't want one so the company took a application fee out of my bank which I did not agree too. I did not have money in my acct in the first place. The amount was $79.00. The company says a its a legitimate business so I called and all they did was answer the phone. I clicked on all options but no one answered me.
