Fast Phones, uses casper the friendly ghost to do all their installation, charges you with a bogus bill for services rendered without wiring or putting in jacks.
Then they don't allow you to cancel unless they want to and with closing fee.
Contacting Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau is worthless and they are a spiritless entity of the worst kind.
