Magic Jack Plus
Returned 2 Magic Jacks never received credit on my credit card

Ordered 2 magic jacks plus. I tried to call and cancel could not get a live person. I went online to cancel and was told I could not cancel my order. I was never able to speak with a live person only through the chat line. I contacted my credit card company and they told me to send the magic back. I asked the person on the chat line for a phone number to speak with a live person and the address to send the magic jacks back. She gave me a address to further contact them and no phone number. I sent the magic jacks to the address she gave me. I never heard from them.
