Scam!

The company I work for receives 2 to 4 of these scam/ripoffs a year. We have 22 medical facilities from Texas to New Jersey and with not always being able to keep track of new employees and make them aware of this company is hard. The receptionist received a phone call from a person by the name of Tony who claimed they were from Konica Minolita. This person had the receptionist confirm what type of copier they had in the clinic.

Then low and behold they received an invoice for $498.26 for a toner we did not even order. I have personally asked IDCSERVCO that the company I work for be put on a do not call list and apparenty that has not happened. There has to be some way to stop these people from doing what they do. I don't see how they can call and falsely represent themselves and get away with it!!!
