My receptionist got a call today from a gal who said "I don't need your meter read today (like she was our current copier service company), all I need is the name on the front of your copier. Can you get that for me?" So my receptionist (thinking it was our current provider) got the name of the machine and the model number. She then said she was faxing a confirmation over for the toner we ordered.
When my receptionist received it she read it before SIGNING and returning it to them. It said they were shipping us a toner for our copier to the tune of $349.00!!! I tried calling them to give them a piece of my mind but the phone answers as if it were a private residence answering machine.
Beware of idcservco or world imaging supplies. It is a big scam.
