They told us our foreclosure was postponed for 60 days and without telling us sold it on 7/17 to themselves!

They wanted us to send them money for new payment arrangements and they had postponed the sale until 8/16 as long as we kept the arrangements. After a lot ofrunaround they finally faxed me paperwork with the $5000.00 due on 6/13/08. Well that was just fine except they faxed these docs on 6/16/08.included in these docs was a paragraph stating that if we missed the date shown (6/13/08) They would without any further notification put our house back in foreclosure.

Beiing that 6/13 had already passed I requested from 8 or 9 different people freshly dated docs, that we were not comfortable signing docs wher the date had passed and we wre not sending $5000.00 CASH (as they insisted) until the dates were changed to reflect we were not already late. Aftre 2 weeks of people telling me they could not change the dates and not to worry these things happen all the time,

I finally got someone to say they would send freshly dated documents and not to worry they were too large a company to have to steal or rip someone off for a lousy $5000.00. Today I found out that that my house sold on 7/17 to Aurora. Now what do we do? Who will help us?
