WAMU discounted my deposit (instead of $230 they I only deposited $130)

WAMU discounted my deposit (instead of $230 they I only deposited $130) This happened twice in the month of July.in the first instance I deposited 100 is cash and 33.60 in a city check. Whe I check online I received a message stating that I only deposited 33.60 on inquire I was told that they will investigation. After a two week investigation I received a letter telling me that the investigation was concluded and that I indeed only deposited 33:60.

The system they used for tallying was that they calculated all the deposits for the day and after realizing that there was 100 short it was appended to my transaction.

The second instance was on July 18 at which I deposited 2 x $100 plus a $20 and a $10 equaling to $230.. I ensure I carefully closed the envelope because of the first instance. I was suspicious of the bank. Anyway, I looked at my account online and realized that by balance was short of $100.. Which was followed by the statement of "ATM adjustment of $100. I called the bank immediately and was told the same thing that they told me a few weeks earlier..." that they will investigate" I told them that it is a rip off and that I would like to speak with someone in charge. I was told that if I go to the bank. The bank would only see the same thing that I'm seeing online.

I informed the person at the other end of the line that I will bring this to the attention of the media. To ensure that WAMU is exposed..
