Crooks, Liars, Unbelievable

It's unimaginable now, 6 years later, how many other unsuspecting folks were caught in the ameriquest trap. I mortgaged 2 houses, which were over valued, (that is until the same appraiser came to reappreaise for the foreclosure). Much to some relief, I recd a letter in the mail about the class action suit filed by the Arizona attorney general, I think, and did receive a pittance from them, after the damage had been done. Same scenario as many of those I read, get behind a month, they immediately clam up, no contact available, seize your property and take you to sheriff's sale. No way to contact the attorney's who performed the seizure, no stopping, no dealing, NOTHING BUT A VERY LARGE SCREWING!
Now, it's looking like it's gonna take an act of freakin congress to get this impropriety even mentioned on my credit report, which still shows the foreclosure's and is a huge pain... Surely there are still more class action suits possible to provide for criminal penalties for the principals... It's time to stop bending over and for the american people to stand up and say "I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore!"
