Ottom line i had a very bad year talked to ameriquest said they would work with me then they wouldnt return my phone calls finally they were going to foreclose i called them and told them i had 30,000.00 way more than what i was behind they said they would work with me after weeks of phone calls they said no the supervisor told the person i was talking to he did not care if i had all the money to pay off the loan he wouldnt even sell my home back to me. My home went to foreclosure sale by the way i wasnt even notified of the date.

Ameriquest bought it for 50,050.00 i owed 59000.00. I went to the confirmation hearing of the sheriff sale i had 51000.00 in cash and ameriquest would not accept it i lost my home but i am not going to stop until i get my home back and let everyone know how ameriquest is. I need information as much help and advice as i can get please i need help
