Uncrupulous Closings using fraud and deception Ripoff

As of 2005 I am involved in a class action law suit filed in the state of California known as the Pierceall Settlement, all my closings were irregular, bait and switch schemes were used, lender officers never sent accurate good faith estimate with precise interest rate, originating costs as well as closing points, and loans were not fixed.

In all the closings, money in the thousands were withheld from my final net amount owed to me when repairs in the houses were less than 1000 dlls and of course, houses had to appraise for a certain amount for loan to go through since on equity loans, you had to borrow 80% of appraised value for loan to get approved. If the appraisal lower, they got an appraisar to document a different value.

The worst part, on one of my houses, fraud was commited where another person's name, credit history and checking account was used to make loan.

Needless to say, this caused me emotional distress as well as financial hardship, however due to my educational background I have been unable to stop foreclosure and waiting on the settlement of this particular class action law suit. I have not been able to make payments on three of my homes. One was sold to Litton Servicing in Houston, Texas so I need to stop foreclosure on this particular property.

I hope this information helps. If it had not been to my higher education, these people would have ripped me off and caused me to lose some of the houses. My letters making the above accusations stopped their foreclosure on two of the houses.
