Illegal Appraisals, Documentation and Contract Issues

I know anyone who is reading this report is absolutely furious with Ameriquest. As for me, I was a victim of two appraisal (one fake, of course), inaccurate documentation of my income, etc, etc, etc. I'm sure you know all of the details. At this poing, lets just get together and take care of a few issues.

First, I ask everyone to contact Carolina Elias at 800-523-3964. She is the resolution specialist and the one who is allowed to rewrite bad loans. I'm sure she doesn't want her personal phone number on the internet, but "Oh Well!".

Be aware however, they tell you that they understand your issue and confirm that you were a victim of a bad loan. Then suddenly, they tell you your loan was good with no explanation. She always will tell you that she is not allowed to communicate in writing, but INSIST that anything you talk about is in writing. If she doesn't agree, send a confirmation e-mail to her outlining what you discussed.

Also, I have an attorney in Chicago that will, at no cost, review your entire Ameriquest contract. He is gathering as many individuals as possible for a law suit. Place an UPDATE to your posting on this site if you are willing to receive information on this attorney. We will discuss how to make contact with him.

I personally had an appointment with the Attorney General of Illinois (at their request) and I learned a lot about what violations I was a victim of. At this time, I am trying to get as many people together to submit their contract to the attorney for a free review.
