BEAT ME FOR MY CAR Jacksonville

I payed these guys $35.00 down for A 2002 Caccy Deville. Payment wasn't due at the time of REPO! But they said that my insures was behind a few days.

I beleive the Insurance company I was with, was being payed by them to call if a payment was getting close but not paid. If the insurance was getting close the car dealership would call with a nast attitude.

Now keep in mind that my car note wasn't behind, at this point I had payed a payment on my insures. But I get ready to go to work and my car was gone.

Well I thought ripped off my a personal indiviual for a moment. Then I thought Kellogs Valley Motors, because after being harrased by the old lady there in the office a few times.

Ya! Kellogs Valley Motors in Jacksonville Ark. So I called these guys and Ya!
I got the mean old lady at the desk. I wish I knew her name, but I believe they all are CROOKS!

I asked her about my car and she replied like a mean old lady would, ya! We got your car. Your insurance had elaped. I was like I just payed the insurance.

She replied that was for last month, I was like mam, that was for this month.
I them asked how much it going to be to get my car back? I need my car she then bloomed the Price now from $300 to $ 900. And something.

I told her I wanted my car back, so now i was going to have to figure out a way to get my car back.

So i went to get money from my 401 k to get my car, at this point they had my car for ten days or less. I received my money from the 401k called them to pick up my car.

I got the old lady she told me that they sold the car, I was like you had
the car ten days and you sold it.

No letter to me at all, no call or nothing saying that they were about to sell the car. I was just out done. I then asked to speak to guy that sold me the car and took my $3,500.

I asked what was upi with this shady deal? He told me it was just BUSINESS!
What kind of Business is this that take a man hard earn money, and steal it take waht he sold, and resale it for the same price.

I guess It just a nice way to tell, me we do what we want to. Kiss my BUTT! And live with it.

You know I have a very hard time living with this, there got to be some way this can be made good. My money, My car something.
