West Valley Dodge ripoff liars and con artists very rude

This was the worst experience ever. Went to dealer needed co signer got co signer and the finance guy decided to call us liars over the phone. Because he did not get all the info from the sales lady and then the truck they showed me had a feature under the back seat. When I went there they sold that truck and gave me a diff color and said it was the same thing. But that feature was not in it; did not recognize it till I left. I called and the lady says sorry that is extra money which was a crock of crap because the truck was the same and the same price.

Then I was worried about my insurance going up and the car dealer called a insurance friend and had him come in at 12:00 at night and the guy gave me the wrong quote and told me I had insurance. Come to find out down the road a month when the dealership finally got the loan to go through I did not have insurance. He also said the dealer was going to write the check for the down and the dealer never wrote out the check. And so now I am stuck paying the down payment of 1500.00 which was supposed to be 1100. My insurance of 200.00 and I have to buy the feature I wanted.

Do not go here. This business is not at all as good as I thought. The loan took 3 trips down there being called a liar because of their own mistake and went through finally on 30 of the month and I got it on the 04of oct. And I had no insurance.
