Excessive NSF fees it's a scam

Bank of America has a nice little scam going with their NSF fees. They are re-arranging transactions to make a profit at the cost of the consumers. They need to be stopped, they are hurting the families that are living from paycheck to paycheck. When I go to my online banking I am charged NSF fees even when my account is not in the negative. I have had an account with them for almost three years and they have managed to take a couple of thousand dollars in NSF fees.

If I am overdrawn by $80.00 they will charge me $245.00 in NSF fees.instead of not paying one item of $100.00 they will gladly pay it but they will re-arrange the items from largest to smallest making them get $245.00 in NSF fess instead of just the $35.00.

In my eyes this is excessive and should not be allowed.
