3% for each balance transfer, states no credit limit on application, gave all my transfer amount information and the did not cover all the transfers. Stated a rate of 9% and after the fact changed rate to 19%. Unfriendly phone service help

Chase does not offer what they state on their applications for transfers. Chase state on the applications a 3% finance charge for EACH TRANSACTION. No where on the application does it state a credit limit. I gave all my transfer account information to them. They paid only a part of the transfer amount leaving the account open and having to pay them too!

On top of that the application states a 9% rate after the introductory offer. They paid part of the transfer and then send the card information stating a higher rate of 19%. On Top of that they go by the date you applied for the card. Not the date they made the actual transfer.

So by the time they paid the account and the time you have to pay them on top of paying the account they did not pay in full; is only 20 days. They call this their GRACE period. You call them to ask for corrections and they are not full of GRACE, but rude and they act like I'm ripping them off. Beleive me the amount the transfered is small.
