AT&T Uverse
At&t uverse is horrible!

We had signed up for the Uverse because my son is always playing xbox live and thought the idea for more television channels sounded great as well, not to mention the offer of 200 rebate.

The first techs came out and were there 5 hours, they ran cable wires up our stairs instead of through the walls, they did not put outlets in our kids rooms just ran them across the floors from the game room into their room because they would not install our service properly. We have had a tech out to our home every single day for 10 days straight and some of them even were there after 10pm at night. A supervisor even came and took pictures with his cell phone he was in such disbelief that the original installation techs could cause them to be sued.

Now here we are having to schedule everything around these techs that are showing up every day and still with 3 kids at home there is no and I mean NO television or internet service.

Finally they get a signal that works for no kidding 30 minutes at a time, about 3 times a day and nothing more.
We called at least in the last 12 days 30 times and have spent at least 15 hours on the phone with AT&T. We cancelled our Charter cable service and now they tell us it will be at least a week before they can send a tech out to reconnect our service and there was a early cancellation fee too! So in all our kids are miserable cause 2 of them are teenagers (so you already know) and we have about 100 dollars spent a blockbuster not to mention the hours we have spent on the phone and the time consummed by all this!
All of this and the supervisor offers us $5 a day off our bill!!! What a joke!!
