AT&T U-verse Bundle
AT&T Uverse FRAUD - AT&T Telephone service Uverse installation for desk top and wiring for service and rebate ethics and overcharging for a telphone line that does not exist!

We ordered ATT Uverse for tv & internet service for our home in Coral Springs, FL, on 10/8/10.installation was set for 10/29/10. I was informed by two different neighbors that ATT Uverse actually wasn't available in our neighborhood. They had each tried to have the service only to have a tech show up and tell them that ATT Uverse wasn't available. I called ATT Uverse TWICE to inform them what my neighbors had stated. ATT Uverse said the neighbors were wrong and that they "guaranteed" service was available. The ATT Tech calls me the morning of the installation (Friday) to inform mew that my neighbors were correct and his company WRONG. There is no att available service at my residence. The tech actullay said, "There isn't enough cable in S Florida for us the get this neighborhood, and we've never been able to provide service for any of the 400 homes in this subdivision."
So, why is ATT Uverse allowed to sell bundles of service to areas where they can't provide service. This is basic fraud. I spoke with the local techs supervisor who is located in Coral Springs. He is equally frustrated because his company, ATT, will not put correct info in their systems. They would rather lie to customers and attempt to sell them bogus products.
