Internet highway robbery

I ordered a ballast online from this company. I got an email from "catherine". After three weeks of waiting for the ballast, I called to ascertain the status of my order.

After being put "on hold" and then mysteriously disconnected for several days I was told, by switchboard personnel, that "Catherine" was just a name they put on the email and only 1 person in the whole company has answers about internet orders.

I asked for a supervisor and was told that she is the supervisor. I asked if she was the owner of the company she said no. So again I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she said no.

The only way that I got any other info on this company was through this website. I called and asked for Brenda Cole but that was an excercise in futility. She never returns calls. An "F" rating by the BBB is too good for this company. NEVER buy from this company!
