Billing my phone bill without authorization since October 23 Internet

USBI has been charging my account since October 23 without authorization. I just found out that this fee is for long distance. I have my own long distance carrier who has billed me separately for my long distance.
I called 1-888-481-8724 to find out who gave them authorization and they tell me that I gave the authorization by means of the internet. I do not ever
give authorization ove the internet.
