I also have been ripped off by this company. I've been waiting for 2 months for my glasses. They had no problem taking my 45.00 dollars a.S.A.P. Every time I call I get a story about computers being down, busy season, and they tell me my glasses will be here in the next few days. Of course I'm still waiting. I tried getting a tracking number and they said they would call back. No call. With now 17 complaints with the BBB, I think we should do a class action!
