Unauthorized charges

What a nightmare buying magicJack has been. Once I got it, it didn't work. There were no instructions. The 1-2-3 they say was wrong from the get-go. I got tech support on line, after navigating my way through the cyber jubgle they put up to insure you can't get to them. However, I wish I hadn't! They had me do things to my computer in an effort to get the device working that resulted, after being online with them for over five hours, in my losing my CD/DVD player burner.

The techs were arrogant and condescending... And I bet all were from Pakistan/India. I say all because I had to keep getting back to them. One tech told me to do something that ended up with my computer freezing up... Had to just pull the plug and start over. Avoid this product at all cost... Save yourself, save your money!
