MagicJack won't work - MagicJack Phone

My computer says that my magicjack is not working. It was working erratically but not at all now. Your tech team is pretty much useless but I guess they don't have much to work with. They wanted me to pay for another magicjack and I refuse to do that. Your product is cheap but and that's what I got. Cheap!
