Phil, a mechanic at the shop ripped me off approximately 350.00

I brought my car to get it's ac fixed, when I met a mechanic named Phil, he said he would take care of it. He then ordered a used compressor part for my ac, I then took it in to get fixed and it worked for 1 day the next 6-7 days I had to call AAA to come jump start my battery every day because something was draining my battery I even had to put a new one in and pay for that, I then called Phil at five corners petroleum in Easton on 490 foundry street, and he said he would fix it and that it needed a new part, he then ordered it, i then brought my car in again, that day i got a phone call from him and he said he couldn't fix it, during this whole time he made rude comments to me and kept trying to get me to go out with him, he sexually harressed me by touching me and wouldn't leave me or my daughter alone. He then would not give my money back, I payed 225.00 and60.00 for the new battery and 90.00 worth of service calls to AAA and got nothing.
