Paid money to USA Carpet and Tile Cleaning, Inc for steam cleaning carpet, water extraction and drywall. Company took my $500 and did absolutely NOTHING!!! They even asked for additonal $300 for gas allowence.
The owner, Johnny Mazzamuto took my money and did absolutely nothing and was asking for more money. He said he was supposed to do water extraction but did not have equipment and tools.
When I asked for the money, he cursed me out and was very nasty and hang up the phone on me!!!
BEWARE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL, he is not licensed and bonded and has no insurance or county or city license.
He is wonderful at taking money, but no sevice. And, he will hussle you for more money and more money and a great RIPOFF!!!
