Bogus Charges and Reply from Customer Service

I have had the same experience with Intellius. I used it one time to find a cell phone number that keep showing up on my phone. Then I noticed a 19.95 subscription charge from them. I emailed and said cancel. Happend again this month. This is the reply i received.

THE ATTACHMENT that I received was a smoking pile of crap! An actual picture. This was on a debit card. I cannot get my card at of the system. I am canceling the debit card tomorrow and talking with my bank...
