Intelius is Stealing private Customer Data and Selling it. They're also stealing money from customer credit card accounts

I made the Mistake of ordering a simple "People Search Report" from Intelius, advertised at $1.95. Sounds very simple. After doing a search for the person I was looking for, their system lied and said they "Found the person" I was looking for. I gave them my credit card info to make the purchase, I received their "Report".

Guess what! There was nothing in the Intelius report. No address... No phone number, nothing. So I guess I am not going to get charged right?

Wrong!

When I received my credit card statement, there was a charge in it for $19.95 from Intelius! Yes 19.95, ten times more than the $1.95 they had advertised, and for no service delivered! I almost missed it among the other charges on my bill - Intelius almost got away with Theft.
