Cheated me of selling map update 2008 without product key

I made online purchase from consumerdepot.com on the 17th of June, and received my order on the 23rd of June. My puchase was a map update 2008 for my GPS unit. When I tried to install this map, I have got a message that telling me the product key is already assigned to another GPS unit.
I tried so many times to contact them through email and telephone, left them a message-No response!!! Finally, they even blocked me out of their system from accessing my account.
Guys, please read reviews before you made any puchase online, and protect yourself from being a victim, like I am.
