Furoutlet is a scam! Send me the item that I didn't order. After the item was returned, I have NOT heard from them since!

2/22 - This is made through a telephone order (for Blue Fox Fur Shawl, which I want for my event on 4/12), since their website wasnt working that morning. The lady on the phone mentioned that she will email me the receipt regarding the purchased (which I NEVER received).

2/26 - a debit purchase was posted on my account from the Fur Outlet Weehawken in the total of $344.99 including shipping.
3/4 Received notification email mentioned that the item has been shipping after several un-responded emailed inquiries.
3/5 WRONG item is received. I received a boa instead of the shawl that I ordered.
3/6 Contact FurOutlet, which they requested me to mail the boa back, which I returned the boa via insured priority mail with delivery confirmation. I also included as a print out from their website stating the exact item that I purchased to avoid confusion.
- There're several emails going back and forth that day from the FurOutlet confirming the specification regarding the items that I have purchased. I was hoping they are actually getting me the right product.
3/10 I received an automated responded general from their website said "We have received your e-mail. One of our representatives will give you an answer shortly. Thank you."
3/19 - I sent an email request an update from my order. NO REPLY.
3/24 - I sent another email request an update from my order. AGAIN, NO REPLY.
3/25 I made three phone calls and left 1 message on their voice mail. NODODY ANSWERED!
3/26 Final email notice sent regarding filing formal complaints with both Ripoff report as well as Better Business Bureau in 24 hours if FurOutlet continues to ignore my email. I tried calling them once again, NODODY ANSWERED!
3/27 formal complaint filed.
All I wanted is for them to send me is the correct item that I ordered, if not a FULL REFUND. This has been causing more stress and hassles that I have encountered through an online shopping experience. Is it that hard to be an honest company!?
