TV advertisment consumer rip-off

The Cybersonic Toothbrush sales for over $100. When we purchased it via phone from a tv add, we were promiced free brush replacement for life, every three months. Just received the first replacements, cost, $14.60. This is free?

Customer Service, 1-310-222-6906, not toll free, is just a recording of how they are over-run by calls, there will be a 15 to 30 min. Wait. Comparable item in Department stores cost $20. I have tried for two months to get through to no avail.

I am stuck in a wheelchair, am unable to speak more than two or three words at a time due to a stroke I suffered.

I am 47 yrs. Old. Shopping on the phone or web is so easy, but, it is also too easy for some people to rip me off. If I tried to
call, what could I say to them but, "Um, I, um, you, " I know what I want and need to say, but the words do not come out.
