Gas Station credit card fraud. Forged my signature

On October 20th I went to Union SS Inc. A Mobil gas station. I put $10.00 of special or 93 gasoline in my car at 5:32pm. When my bank statement came, I had an extra $45.00 charge of regular or 87 gasoline at 5:33pm. I called my credit card company and they told me to send a copy of the $10.00 chage. They took out the $45.00 chage. Then I received a letter from my credit card company that Mobil present them with a copy of the $45.00 charged. That copy has a counterfeit signature. It's clear that it's not my signature. I only gave my credit card to the gas attendant that aftenoon. How can I put $10.00 of 93 gasoline and at the same time a $45.00 of 87 gasoline,? From two different pumps at the same time. I have a four cylinder car and I can NOT put $55.00 of gasoline or 30 gallons in my car at once. I can only fill up my car with no more than $20.00, and my tank is not bigger than 10-11 gallons!
If they are doing this to me, they are doing this to other customers.
