No product in stock.$1199 out of bank acc. 1month can't get money back Florida internet

I payed 1199. With atm card. 7 days went by then received a phone call on a sat. Night 9:00 pm. They informed me that the chair i ordered was'nt in stock. They could let me have a floor model for $150 cheaper. I let them know that i wanted my money back and was told he would start the process on mon. This started on may 22/ 08 today is 6/23/08. Still no money. I called them at least 10 times, got 10 dif. Exuses.

I'm hoping you all read this before you buy!!!
By the way they claim a warranty but you have to pay shipping back to them.

I'm in ca. There in florida... Obout 350 to ship.
