On february 15th I ordered Dual Illuminated car speakers model # SBX694 4 way 150 watts. I entered all my information received a confirmation number & was informed I would have them in 5-7 days, they informed me they would be shipped ups ground.
The next day I received an e-mail from HiFi soundconnection that they were on back order & that I had 2 choices: 1-I could have a credit towards the merchandise because they don't credit back your account. 2- Wait until they were back in stock. I agreed to wait till they were back in stock. Tony my customer service rep said that they would ship them in a week.
February 23rd still didn't ship speakers out, they still didn't get them back in stock. February 26th customer service told me they would be shipping them out by the end of the week. March 1st, speakers still were not shipped out, & customer service will not return any of e-mails for 10 days now, and still no speakers. They took my money & never shipped out my speakers.
I've e-mailed them 5 times & called & left messages for 10 days now & still no reply. How could a company take your money before something was even shipped out & then not give your money back after not having the product in stock? Please I just want my speakers, if not give me back my money so I could buy them somewhere else!
