Fraud and scam

A visitor in the resort where I work involves city kid in university here. I offered great customer support to the visitor and so I was handed a Frank Evans gift-card they're situated alongside my job.giftcard worth $10.00 to ensure that I really could have lunch in it. After I attempted to make use of it the worthiness was 1.81 dollars. I had been so ashamed when I delivered a of another division to get my lunchtime and he or she needed to spend the total amount. About the gift-card it stated the worthiness was $10.00
