Slum lord who thinks he's a lawyer

I have a landlord who rather than do repairs has given myself and two other tenants a 60 day notice to vacate. We have reported him to fair housing, code enforcement for mold, cracks in walls, dripping faucets, unable to use faucets, UNSAFE AND UNDRINKABLE WATER. We all pay for bottled water.

Now he harrasses me at my sons school, sends letters like crazy, his mom peeks through our windows, and today he gives us a repair list. He wants us to repaint, repair carpets etc. We have all lived here over 3 years. One tenant 3 years, myself 5 years and another tenant 16 years. This guy thinks he's a lawyer and lies constantly and gets caught.
