Stole money from my bank account without them knowing who billed it! Internet

My wife and I noticed a charge for $9.95 and called the bank to find out who had billed this amount due to it costing us an additional $25 courtesy fee pay.

They have been unable to find a contact name or company.

Now I have to file a report ($25 fee) and wait until they agree that we did not authorize this charge.
